Matt Pennell is an embedded software engineer for Caterpillar's Electronics & Connected Worksite Division. He specializes in hardware drivers, TPU microcode, and eTPU microcode for engine control units. Matt earned a B.S.E.E. at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His technical interests involve designing hardware and software for real-time embedded systems. Outside of work, Matt enjoys weight lifting and sports.
