Chris Kim received his PhD from Purdue University in 2004. He spent a year at Intel Corp. and subsequently became a faculty member at the University of Minnesota. Kim is the recipient of a National Science Foundation CAREER Award, a McKnight Foundation Land-Grant Professorship, IBM Faculty Partnership Awards, an IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Outstanding Young Author Award, and Council of Graduate Students Outstanding Faculty Award. His research interests include digital, mixed-signal, and memory circuit design for silicon and non-silicon technologies.
