John Dammeyer holds a B.Sc. in computer science and electrical engineering from the University of Alberta. He designs and writes software for embedded systems and CAN bus systems. Green sand casting aluminum and bronze bits (with a computer-controlled foundry) for his sailboat and amateur machine shop is one of his many hobbies.
