Keith Brown, P.Eng., lives on Vancouver Island, B.C. He has been operating PLD Designs, consulting in the selection of PLDs and designing circuit boards for customers (with and without PLDs) since leaving Spar Aerospace in 1992. During the last few years, he has been adding web programming techniques to his toolbox.
